As Jonathan Bailey returns as Mr Likable Anthony Bridgerton, much like his enigmatic character– there is a magnetic pull about his off-screen persona as well. Bailey took up his spot on the steps of the Met Gala 2024 green carpet in a custom Loewe outfit. His look featured a white double-breasted jacket with a black satin lapel and black trousers. The highlight of the ensemble? Keeping up with this year’s dress code ‘The Garden of Time’, Bailey went for a major floral embellishment in place of a tie.
The British actor stunned in a clean white Givenchy suit that featured wide-leg trousers, a tone-matched white button-down shirt, and an oversized suit jacket. He rounded off the attire with simple black loafers. His classic look made a major impact on the carpet with its unexpected colour choice and the off-handed, cool energy that Bailey exuded on the carpet.
The 2024 Met Gala was Bailey’s second time appearing at the high-flown annual fashion event. At last year’s do, the Bridgerton Viscount kept it classic in a Tom Ford tuxedo, complete with a velvet blazer and flanked with a diamond leaf brooch and some sleek sunglasses for effect.
Like always, Jonathan Bailey’s style was on fleek at the Critics Choice Awards 2024. The dude took on the red carpet in an elegant all-black suit styled with a turtleneck. His otherwise flicky hair was tamed in a gelled-up side-parted hairstyle and his beard was groomed to a close trim to keep up with the neat and natty vibe.
Bailey’s portrayal of the adorable Tim in Paramount+’s Fellow Travelers earned him the Best Supporting Actor award at the prestigious ceremony.
