Unveiled on November 30, the establishment is spearheaded by two-Michelin-starred chef Syrco Bakker, and is built on sustainability, transparency, and collaboration – three aspects that form its philosophy. As Christmas and New Year celebrations are approaching, Syrco BASÈ offers various offerings to embrace the season’s festive spirit. These packages promise indelible dining experiences that ignite the senses for a memorable moment with loved ones.
The joy of Christmas wouldn’t be complete without an exquisite dinner. At Syrco BASÈ, two yuletide gastronomic galas will take place, one at Syrco BASÈ Ku and one at Syrco BASÈ Restaurant. For an intimate experience, guests can revel in Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners on December 24 and December 25, respectively, at Syrco BASÈ Ku. Seating fourteen, this exclusive space offers patrons an opportunity to witness how Chef Bakker translates his savoir-faire into a narrative of flavours. The dinner package features a pairing menu with special seasonal delights.
In addition, Syrco BASÈ Ku invites epicures to indulge in the exquisite Ku & Krug Experience. This luxurious pairing menu boasts an exclusive ensemble featuring a glass of Krug as an aperitif, complemented by an assortment of coffee, tea, and delectable sweets after dinner. Guests wishing for a more festive ambience can head to Syrco BASÈ Restaurant. For two days – December 24 to 25 – guests can enjoy splendid dinners in a more relaxed setting where a tropical modern vibe blends seamlessly with Ubud’s natural beauty. Just like Syrco BASÈ Ku, the restaurant presents a pairing menu with a Christmas selection. As diners embark on an epicurean exploration, they will be entertained by a live music performance.
Syrco BASÈ sets the stage for wonderful New Year feasts, which take place in all venues on the premises. For one, Syrco BASÈ Ku features the Ku Experience Food Menu on New Year’s Eve. Another culinary offering at Syrco BASÈ Restaurant is as meticulously crafted, boasting tantalising flavours and a whimsical play of colours, shapes, and textures to satisfy the palate.
Guests can also procure a bar package to toast the new year at the stroke of midnight. The package, comprising a delightful blend of drinks and snacks, is carefully curated to create a laid-back atmosphere. All offerings at the three venues include aperitifs, and live music performances will be presented at Syrco BASÈ Restaurant and bar.
Christmas dinner packages at Syrco BASÈ Ku and Syrco BASÈ Restaurant are offered at IDR 2.5 million++ and IDR 2.2 million++, respectively. Meanwhile, special New Year’s Eve offerings are priced at IDR 3 million++ per person for the Ku Experience Food Menu and IDR 2.5 million++ per person for the Restaurant food menu.
