AYANA Midplaza Jakarta presents special stay-and-dine offerings for Chinese New Year

Heralding the imminent arrival of the wood dragon, AYANA Midplaza Jakarta joins the joy of the wonderful Lunar New Year festivities with refined dining offerings and an exclusive stay package.

There are only a couple of days remaining before the Chinese New Year festivities, and as the celebration draws closer, the dragon’s roar is getting louder – especially in the world of hospitality. Embracing the festive spirit, AYANA Midplaza Jakarta unveils a series of exclusive offerings for an elevated experience. From delectable delicacies to special staying experiences, these offerings invite guests to open a new page while revelling in all things wonderful.

On the epicurean side of things, the 366-key hotel presents iconic Lunar New Year delicacies at its two dining destinations, the all-day RASA Restaurant and Liu Li Palace. At RASA Restaurant, gastronomic galas will be held twice: On Friday, February 9, 2024, family and friends can indulge in a dinner buffet from 6 to 10 PM, while on Saturday, February 10, 2024, guests can enjoy a sumptuous lunch buffet from 12 to 3 PM.

For this Chinese New Year, RASA Restaurant showcases tantalising flavours of the season. Both buffets include a yusheng, served on the table, for a joyous toss with loved ones. For the hors d’œuvre, abalone with oyster sauce and Chinese black mushroom will pamper the tastebuds. The restaurant also features various food stations serving up a variety of dishes, from a soup and noodle station and a Japanese cooking counter to a fresh seafood station offering Alaskan king crab leg, tiger prawn, and slipper lobster, to name a few.

Additionally, guests can enjoy other delicacies such as roasted chicken garlic, Peking duck, and various grilled entries. Myriad dim sums, as well as salad and cold cuts, complement the feast. Drinks offered include Chinese tea, infused water, strawberry lemonade, and iced tea. To end the gastronomic adventure on a – quite literally – sweet note, diners can select from a vast array of desserts and luscious delights.

Moving onto the Chinese New Year celebrations at Liu Li Palace, the restaurant offers a quartet of set menus served in Chinese family-dining style. There is also a selection of dim sum and takeaway packages. Presented in an opulent setting dressed in a modern Chinese style, these are available to enjoy from February 1 to 24, 2024.

In addition, those looking to spend their holiday at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta can also benefit from a special room package. This offer is exclusive for stay periods from February 8 to 11, 2024, and includes daily breakfast for two adults and two children under 12 at RASA Restaurant. Holidaymakers procuring the package are also eligible for a complimentary Lunar New Year dinner on February 9 or a celebratory lunch on February 10 for two adults, one child under 12, and a nanny. To complement the offering, there is a 15-percent discount on food and drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages), and 25-percent off for spa treatments. Guests staying for two nights will also get a complimentary upgrade to a suite and a free minibar.

The Chinese New Year Buffet Dinner and Lunch at RASA Restaurant are priced at IDR 888,000 nett per person. Complimentary entry is provided for children under seven years old, and a nanny for reservations for four-adults. In addition, children aged seven to twelve can enjoy a 50-percent discount. At Liu Li Palace, packages are offered from IDR 1,588,000++ to IDR 2,688,000++. A lion dance performance will be held at both venues.
