Personalities are a little like onions; comprising of a multitude of layers, each one contributing to a flavoursome whole. If you’ve ever wondered what layers your personality may be hiding, the latest Veggie ID personality test may just hold the key to those insights.
From sweet treat desserts to cosmological phenomena, there is now a multitude of ways best to describe the many facets of one’s disposition, rendering the complex nature of human expression into endearing, bite-sized representations of an individual persona. The latest of these come in the guise of salad components, as interpreted by the Veggie ID personality test that has been making the rounds over social media.
Developed by computational biology and machine learning graduate Sophie Liu, we are introduced to a cast of anthropomorphic vegetables who populate the fictitious (we hope, for the sake of the groceries in our fridge) town of VeggieVille.
As the day progresses, you and your friends decide to spend the day together, only to find yourselves being thrust into an adventure that takes you across beaches, mountains, and a human being’s pantry where you battle the odds of survival from being turned into a calorie-light snack, and even space. Remember Seth Rogen’s Sausage Party? Yeah, a little like that.
Naturally, along the way, you will be presented with a variety of choices which will best describe the manner by which you respond to specific situations and scenarios, whether it be in terms of how you prefer to unwind and relax, how you work in a team environment, to the steps you take when responding to times of crisis. Insightful stuff, especially for garden-variety greens.
Be mindful of the options you select, as they will all factor into your results at the very end. Depending on how your day pants out, all major personality traits will be divided across a melange salad comprising twelve Veggie ID cards at the end of the quiz, ranging from go-getter green beans to calm and composed heads of broccoli.
