Emerald City: Meet the stunning emeralds of this season’s high jewellery creations, from Tiffany & Co. to Chanel

This season, emeralds bring a touch of timeless glamour to edgy high jewellery creations. For Prestige Singapore’s Free Spirit issue, whisk yourself away to the Emerald City.
Part of the Blue Book 2024: Tiffany Céleste collection, this bracelet and ring are inspired by elements from a classic brooch. Unenhanced Colombian emeralds and diamonds light up yellow gold and platinum pieces that channel flying arrows.
In Harry Winston’s New York Collection, the Cathedral necklace pays tribute to St Patrick’s Cathedral, which was located across Mr Winston’s first store location. Five pear-shaped emeralds weighing over 65 carats, along with 122 diamonds, are set in platinum and yellow gold.
Coco Chanel’s designs were sporty to allow for freedom of movement. The Haute Joaillerie Sport collection celebrates that athletic spirit with zesty, graphic lines, which adorn creations like these statement rings topped with vivid emeralds.
The Radiant Wave Emerald Necklace from the Bvlgari Aeterna collection takes its cues from torsional waves. Energy seems to emanate from the centre stone, a 16.65-carat Colombian sugarloaf emerald, flowing through the pink gold necklace’s 312 buff-top emeralds and pavé-set diamonds.
Whimsy and wonderment run through Chopard’s Contes de Fées fairy tale-inspired collection. A trio of heart-cut emeralds take centre stage among emerald beads and diamonds in a white gold bracelet. Chandelier earrings enchant with pear-shaped emeralds and diamonds.
A highlight of Cartier’s Nature Sauvage collection is the Celestun necklace set in platinum. A diamond-studded flamingo lies at the heart of a tableau composed of emerald “reeds” and a “pond”of aquamarines, including the 38.5-carat aquamarine at its centre.
