Women of Power is an initiative launched by Prestige magazine, a leading English-language society, lifestyle and cultural publication in Hong Kong.
Prestige aims to build on the momentum generated by the energy, power, passion and optimism of last year’s Women of Power Summit by holding a second summit in 2024.
The initiative is based on the following precepts:
- To create a vibrant and ever-growing community of successful and influential women, in which
- Every Woman of Power is a trailblazer, visionary, dreamer and doer, who shakes up the status quo and motivates others, and whose impact is felt beyond simple business success
- The accomplishments of every Woman of Power have a ripple effect, not only in their own fields but in other areas of endeavour.
This year’s Summit aims at even greater impact, by:
- Mapping out pathways and forging partnerships that will benefit the broader Hong Kong community;
- Extending the Women of Power community’s reach to a wider audience; and
- Engaging with an emerging demographic of young women who seek to make a difference, for themselves, for women and for their home city.

The Prestige Women of Power Summit 2024 is a live, in-person event hosted in Hong Kong. Please note this summit will not be streamed virtually.
Please bring your pre-purchased ticket to the reception.
The Prestige Women of Power Summit is a gender-inclusive event. We invite everyone to attend, to work together towards a successful and equitable future.
The dress code is smart casual. Any inappropriately dressed attendee may be refused access to the Prestige Women of Power Summit 2024.
HER FUND is the only community women’s fund in Hong Kong. It employs grant-making and capacity building to mobilise resources for women’s empowerment, and to promote social changes and gender equality. Not just a funder, HER FUND also acts as a companion to all its grantee partners and provides them with comprehensive support, seeing this as a way of empowering marginalised women and their work to achieve sustainability and impactful development.
