Moroccan Marvel: Royal Mansour Casablanca Opens
Royal Mansour Casablanca, located at the 27 Avenue des Forces Armées Royales, is the latest luxury addition to the city’s bourgeoning hospitality landscape. Although new, the hotel occupies a beloved 1950s building renowned for its storied history and grandeur. Situated near the port, the property exudes timeless charm, highlighted by a dazzling lobby complete with statement lighting. It features 149 guestrooms and suites, all reflecting a unique Art Deco aesthetic.
Accommodations range from Deluxe Rooms, to the sprawling four-bedroom Royal Suite, which offers a staggering 1,189 square metres of space, and boasts a cinema room, fitness studio, spa with hammam, and a hanging garden. Dining options include La Brasserie with Michelin-starred French cuisine by Éric Fréchon, the Sushi Bar led by Chef Keiji Matoba, and La Grande Table Marocaine for panoramic city views and a menu of traditional Moroccan dishes. The onsite spa spans 2,510 square metres, over two floors, and features plunge pools, diverse treatment rooms, and a fully equipped fitness area.
Royal Rejuvenation: Four Seasons Hotel Osaka Launches a New Spa Retreat
The newly opened Four Seasons Hotel Osaka has unveiled its elevated spa retreat situated on the 36th floor. Inspired by wellness rituals of Japanese royalty, the spa offers serene, water-themed spaces and panoramic city views. Signature treatments include a facial inspired by Empress Kōmyō, seasonal herb bathing experiences, and treatments that incorporate rare ethnological ingredients, all complemented by sought-after Omorovicza and Nescens products. Additional facilities include ofuro (traditional Japanese baths), a sauna, a 24/7 gym, and a pool framed by floor-to-ceiling windows.

Film director Luca Guadagnino, known for Call Me by Your Name and Challengers, has lent his creative touch to the 16th-century Palazzo Talìa in Rome, transforming it into a truly eye-catching 26-key boutique hotel. Once believed to house Roman Gods, the palace later served as a school, and has since been revived by the Federici family. Its brand-new dazzling design blends the director’s love for colourful and playful aesthetics with the palace’s historic frescoes and priceless art.
