Gigi Hadid Gifts Taylor Swift a Bespoke Cat Ring Designed by Cece Jewellery

In a heartfelt gesture of friendship, Gigi Hadid has gifted her best friend Taylor Swift a bespoke signet ring. The charming ring, created by Cece Jewellery, stands as a symbol of the deep bond between the two celebrities.

The ring features all the things that are close to Swift’s heart. An enamel portrait of Benjamin Button, her famous cat, sits at the heart of the gold ring, encircled by a pearl border. Two flaming hearts adorn the shoulders of the ring, each with a special number inside them. One heart features her lucky number 13, and the other carries her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s jersey number 87. On the inner band is a cursive engraving of the letters “TTPD” – a nod to the singer’s latest studio album, The Tortured Poets Department. Cece Fein Hughes, designer of the one-of-a-kind ring, shares her excitement about the project with Prestige. “It was an honour to design a piece for one of the world’s most famous pets, belonging to the most iconic woman of our time. The fact that it was a thoughtful gift from Gigi to Taylor makes it even more special. We love their friendship and are thrilled to have been able to design something so meaningful and sweet!” Cece Jewellery has also commissioned rings for other famous names including Kendall Jenner, another best friend of Hadid’s. Hughes’ designs are inspired by her love for old-school tattoos and fairy tales, and each of her pieces is a “miniature artwork” with its own story to tell.
